WHY WHY WHY do I keep going to Dunkin' Donuts!!! Another wrong drive thru order...the killer is that the right order is on the receipt but wrong sandwich in the bag. This store at Mr. Mikes is consistently wrong. My fault for going there.🤬
I am so disappointed in the customer service at that location. We ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant through the app and after waiting 5 minutes finally asked if our order was ready. The clerk said oh we are out of croissants so I say ok can we get it on a plain bagel again he says sorry we are out of plain bagels. I said ok I want my money back. He says I am sorry there is no manager here to give you a refund but you can come back tomorrow and get the sandwich....read full review
