I tried a peppermint iced coffee that tasted like Christmas clocked in early, followed by a salted caramel so smooth it could sweet-talk a parking meter. Greg (pretty sure that’s his name, but if not, he deserves the title anyway) was outrageously pleasant—basically customer service with a personality. The atmosphere? Comfortable enough that you forget you’re next to a train station. The staff? Friendly enough that you’ll want to come back even if you’re not hungry. The muffins? Absolutely dangerous—I meant to take a bite and accidentally auditioned for ‘Disappearing Act: Bakery Edition.’ They also serve sandwiches, which I didn’t get a chance to try this time, but if they’re anything like the coffee and muffins, I may need a season pass.
