Every night before work I place a mobile order for a coffee and a donut. I dont always expect the donut because I know at the end of the day theres a chance there are none left. Even so, everytime that happens the employees always offer me a refund or trade out without question. They're always so kind and in high spirits. Its always a pleasure to come in even if its just for a brief moment.
I went to this Dunkin' early Friday morning, and I was impressed by the employee at the location. He immediately greeted us, took our order, and started working on it right away. While working on our food and drink order, he had a conversation with us and also chatted with the regulars who came in. He knew their preferred orders as well as names, which was impressive. Overall a shockingly great experience at a Dunkin'.
