Love the coffee, food, staff, supported causes, and atmosphere so much that I recently joined the Board. Everything about the cafe is uplifting and positive. Check it out if you haven't.
This is the only coffee shop I've found in a roughly 15 mile radius around here that consistently makes a quite good latte. (Most of the competition around here burns their lattes...). These guys also have some really good crepes and a huge tea selection - plus you're supporting a good cause!
Absolutely lovely. Small and cozy, just off of the oval - one of those places introverts would retreat to on the regular as it’s normally quiet enough (tho does get busy and lively at times but passes the vibe check, esp. with the recent opening of open mics on Wednesdays). Best lattes in town, imo. They provide alternative milks for those who are vegan. I highly recommend trying their crepes, particularly the caprese salad crepe - I was skeptical at first but all the ingredients...
