In fairness - this happened some time ago and before the current management was there. I had a long black hair in my burger - so gross. When I called to complain I was shocked with the manager's response. She basically said she was sorry - they try to be careful but these things can happen. I said I was concerned because their kitchen staff wasn't wearing any hair nets or anything else to keep their hair out of people's food.
