“Was at the highest peak. So this restaurant was perfect not only to enjoy some delicious hot chocolate but also to keep ourselves warm. Outside was extremely cold.Food was ok. Ordered a slice of pizza which costed $8. Its slice is equivalent to 2 slices... quite huge. Fries which were good costs $4.”

“Staying at the Beal House this weekend and just had the most delicious meal at the tavern. Milk bread for an appetizer (delicious homemade rolls), a filet with roasted potatoes and carrots for my boyfriend and a chicken pot pie for me. Absolutely deliciously prepared and very flavorful! We sat at the bar and our bartender was fantastic. She was professional, friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The Beal House is a must-go place to eat and stay!”

“Arrived late Friday night and could only imagine what the view would be like in the morning. Slept with the balcony sliders open and fell into a deep sleep to the sounds of the ammonoosuc river gently rolling. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Morning found me well rested and waking to a glorious sunrise on the first day of autumn in all the glory. Breakfast was amazing on the river. Short walk after on pierce bridge for yet another amazing view. Our event was at eleven across 302 on the river road so we spent as much time as we could at the inn. Highly recommend and reserve early the place is sold out and for good reason. I hope to travel this way again and remain here for a longer stay there is much of heaven to explore in there parts!”

“We were visiting from Maryland and my granddaughter wanted a lobster roll and my niece recommended the Frosty Bar. She loved her lobster roll. And I loved my Mighty cheeseburger. Then we had amazing ice cream. We will be back.”
