I've been a customer since 2009, and I haven't been let down by them! My last order I received one bad batch bc some pods were broken, but I called and talked to PATTY who helped me out and gave me good customer service! They are a great company to buy and MAKE your own variety from as well as reasonable!! Its also supporting a mom and pops company!! Thanks BIG CAT!! You'll always have business!! ?❤
