Went for ramen and bao after a long day. It was exactly what we needed. I regret that we didn’t get there sooner, but I’m so glad we got there at all. Delicious and good for the soul. Thank you!

I've never had food from here until yesterday. i got the angry homer and shoyu bao, and the bully ramen with chicken satay. absolutely tremendous. we enjoyed every single bite and will be returning soon.

OMG!!! I am on a heart healthy diet so i was naturally attracted to the restuarant from my first glance. the ingrediants to my noodle bowl were the freshest i have ever seen! crunchy cabbage, beet pickled egg, long delicate noodles and nicelt don chicken satay! the owner is so personable and i got to meet her very well behaved puppy, Wanda. The fresh ingredients and it being made right to order gave me a feeling of being right at home. the more i learn about bone broth the more i want to try more items on the menu. Broken Spoon is my new friday night go to place. thank you so much!!

Visited it for the first time today and I cannot recommend it enough! Between the atmosphere of the shop and the food, the owner's creativity shines throughout. I've never had bao mi before, but she certainly set the standard for it. Please stop by, it's worth the visit!

To the owner: I never expected a dessert to have pork belly until I tried 'When Pigs Pie'. It was a pleasnay surprise, and in my honest opinion, I think it should be on the official menu.

I did not like the ramen. Had a Bully for lunch, I think it was too expensive for something I could cook at home. It didn’t had any egg which is basically needed for Ramen around the world, also no corn.

It didn’t taste bad, but it it’s for sure not 4.4 stars.

I love stopping in when I'm out and about running errands. The owner is super cool and the food is a notch above our normal, local white-bread fare. It's inventive and savory and I'll eat just about anything that adorns pork belly!

Parking: Street parking is easy.

We moved to NH last year, and this is the best food we’ve had here, hands down. The texture and flavor of the baos are incredible. We brought my brother when he visited and he said it was the best ramen he has ever had (he travels often). Her flavors are delightful and satisfying! The perfect amount and combination of spices to excite your taste buds without overpowering anything. I HIGHLY recommend Broken Spoon.

Miriam has brought a great dining experience to Franklin and with budget-friendly options, she makes it easy to support local! My personal favorite is her PB&J with pork belly plus her special El Gordo (which needs to be a menu staple IMO).

We met old friends there today and had a magnificent dinner. We were made to feel very welcome with repeated urgings to “take your time!” I had the eggplant/mushroom ramen- Earthly Delight- and it was out of this world. My husband got the “Bully” and it was great as well. I’ve been following this restaurant for years (I live 1,000 miles away) and as soon as my travels brought me here, I visited. SO glad I did but sorry it’s 1,000 miles away! I’ll return when I can! Such a funky vibe and wonderful hospitality.

Vegetarian options: Earthly Delight! Yum!
