“We took my great aunt out for her 95th birthday last night, and I'm so glad we picked Lago. Though it was a busy night, the care and attention of the staff and manager made everything so special. The food was delicious. "Problems" (that weren't really problems at all, like one of our appetizers not being available right away) were resolved with such speed and generosity that we were shocked. When we ordered my aunt a piece of cake to take home - she was too full from the delicious appetizers and entrees to eat any more - they brought it out in the to-go container with a candle and a song and insisted on taking it off our bill. The ambience was beautiful and the food and drinks were excellent across the board. Our server was attentive and responsive and very patient. There all sorts of pastas with a variety of sauces available. There is piccata, Marsala, Saltimboca, as well as other options with chicken and veal alternatives. There are brick oven pizzas which are very good and the entrees are solid and delicious. The restaurant is elegant and has an upscale atmosphere. Service was excellent and with a smile. The whole staff was nice. There is a kids menu as well. The bar drinks are very tasty and when you check it out we recommend you try a cocktail.
