The chicken tenders were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to absolute perfection. The chicken sandwich? “We stayed at Hideaway for a quick weekend trip. The house was very clean and cozy! The owners had so many thoughtful amenities such as snacks, coffee bar, firewood for solo stove and games. The location was perfect! We highly recommend staying at Hideawsy By The Bay and will be back!”

“I really enjoyed this lodge! The beer options were pretty good (love the foggy goggles) and LOVED that they had a vegan chili on the menu! It can be tough for vegetarians to eat at ski mountains but this place had delicious food. The servers (Tom I think? Tim?) were friendly and helpful and chatted craft beer with us for a while. Will definitely go back!”

“Seemed very impersonal and like I was more a bother than a paying customer. Employees seemed disconnected with the guests that came in. However, very spacious and clean area and the coffee was delicious and donuts were of course fantastic.”

“It gets 5 stars because I love caffeine. But, there's usually too much sugar even if you ask for less and ALWAYS too much ice...like, I don't pay 5$ for a shot of coffee, shat ton of sugar, and a whole cup of ice. The staff is always nice though!”

“I am a very regular customer of subway at Jiffymart, Newport, NH, so much so the staff recognizes me on sight, i rarely have to tell them my name. They will grab my order for me without me saying a word. I order at least once a week. I have had my shares of issues, but the staff is always willing to do what is necessary to make it right and I am appreciative and thankful for that.

All issues I have had over the years is either, issues when I order on the app (not in person to supervise) or in doordash delivery. I had subs made wrong to completely wrong sub to missing items. Subway is always willing to make it right. Subway has done remakes for me to giving me a refund. I used to tip on the app as a way to encourage them to make it right the first time when im not in person to supervise. I have had too many issues that I no longer tip on the app. Sometimes the issues are caused by incompetent staff, they do hire once in a while a really dumb people, I have experienced some of them. Most of the staff are wonderful.

My overall experiences at Newport Subway are good to excellent, I give 4 out of 5 stars. I have never had a 1 star experience and i have only had a 2 star experience only one time, due to a dumb associate that no longer works there, she made me the wrong sub when i specify it when i order, had to have them remake it. I do wish corporate Subway would update the app to show updated inventory of cookies. More often then not when I order cookies on the app, the store is out. I would also like to be able to file a claim for a refund on the app as well, I was told you can get a refund from the app and I can't find it, but the store is awesome in making things right.
