The worst Dunkin ever. Don’t waste your time or money. If you order food expect your order to be never correct. Also always ask for a receipt because they tend to charge you and not put everything you paid for in the bag. Food is always cold. Every once in a while the coffee is okay.
this Dunks is by far THE WORST Dunks I have ever been too! never get the orders right the staff on the night shift is a joke and insanely RUDE! when you tell them they got the order wrong they act like it's YOUR fault and not theirs! some of these younger kids need to get fired and replaced by people who know how to make coffees and deal with people. also charging 50 cents for whip cream is a joke I don't know any other Dunks that are doing this. for 50 cents they better fill...read full review
Today you lost very loyal, long time, regular (4-6 times a week) customers. Insanely rude "service", sat at drive thru window with the car off for 10 minutes while the "manager" (Pink shirt) and some child (Lily), laughed and loudly said "Do not make their coffees." when another employee in the purple shirt tried to intervene (she said I know them, they are regulars) she was told no, do not apologize, do not make their coffees BY THE MANAGER.
