great food
Not sure why we haven't been here before. A major miss. Set in a lovely hip hotel the service is outstanding and super friendly. One of the bartenders is the owner. Drinks are expensive, but really good. Food is innovative and really good. Healthy portions. Will definitely be back.
LOVED everything about our evening at Casa Brava!
The proprietor Austin was very welcoming and our server Ashley was off-the-charts fabulous! Cannot wait to return to see them as well as newly hired Fritz who was a delight. BRAVO to Casa Brava!

Casa Brava is set in a lovely hip hotel with outstanding and super friendly service. The food is innovative and really good, with healthy portions. The globally-inspired contemporary small plates are fabulous, including amazing poke, brussels sprouts, and miso-glazed seared ahi. The shrimp tacos are a popular choice, though one guest found them extremely salty and was disappointed to be charged. The Brussel sprouts are a must try. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the waitress was nice. Drinks are expensive but really good, with unique and well balanced cocktails. The only downside is the noise level. Overall, the service and food are fantastic, and the restaurant is a go-to for a special dinner in the Upper Valley.
