“I'm writing this review for all of the Starbucks staff members who had to work during the weekend of graduations. The food and everything here is that of your typical Starbucks so nothing really special, but I just wanted to write this review to thank all of the staff here for working so hard that weekend of graduations amidst all the angry parents/relatives of recent graduates. I thought the staff here did a really amazing job of continuing to be positive and interact in a customer service friendly manner with people who were being extremely unpleasant to them. I can only imagine the type of pressure they were under, both needing to fill HUNDREDS of in-person orders as well as mobile orders that kept pouring in. Anyway, next time you drop by this Starbucks, make sure to tip them! And if you're visiting this Starbucks for a Dartmouth graduation in the future, just know that the staff here is doing their best and be patient!! And if you're not in the mood for that, remember that you always have the option to get your morning coffee/breakfast elsewhere.“
“Really love it here. Great concept with all the bean options for delicious pour-over coffee. Look forward to going whenever I am in the area. I loved their sandwich, but the bread freshness seems like it can be inconsistent, which makes or breaks it for me. The pastries were all delicious as well.“
“Cute hangout spot for coffee and sandwiches. It gets crowded so be prepared to wait in line. The team there is super friendly, and always helping with a smile. Delicious pastries and plenty seating on benches out front. Located right in front of the park so great place for family.“
“Fantastic. My new favorite.Have been several times over the last year and food, flavors, service and atmosphere are consistently high quality.Enjoyed a fabulous almond pudding for dessert.... Similar but not the same in taste and texture to creme brulee... Enjoyed red lentil soup, cold appetizer platter and one fantastic hot appetizer as well. Looking forward to returning.Vegetarian options: I love vegetables and frequently prefer vegetarian options. There are a multitude of diverse and flavorful options here. Though not everything on the menu is vegetarian, there is nothing so far that I haven't liked and from the descriptions I'd be willing to try just about everything on the menu. Unlike most restaurants where I'm lucky to find more than one option of interest, here almost everything looks and sounds absolutely fantastic. So far the flavors have been as good or better than the descriptionsParking: Depending on the time of day or other events going on in the area, parking can be limited. Plenty of extra parking on the other side of the train tracks if you are willing to walk“
“The jerk chicken here is soo good. It falls right off the bone and is a great blend of smokey and a little heat. The rice and beans it's served with also had a lot of flavor. Much better than a lot of places which treat the sides as an afterthought. Wish we lived closer!“
“My boyfriend and I come to Stella’s often and it’s one of our favorite restaurants in the area. Unfortunately this evening our experience was overall pretty poor and our waitress was very rude. I have celiac and get gluten free bread every time. When I asked our server for gluten free bread she told me “We don’t do that here” and when I said I always am able to get gluten free bread at Stella’s she just walked off to check. She came back with the gluten free bread and put it on the table, which was fine, but didn’t say anything about previously shutting down my request. When my salmon came back largely raw (cold to the touch) in the center she condescendingly told me it was supposed to be that way and said it’s medium rare. I said I would try it but after eating a bite it was clearly raw and I asked to send it back. When I sent it back she rolled her eyes and seemed to smirk like I was being made fun of. At the end, we were offered free dessert but I was so upset at this point I just wanted to leave. If I were leaving a review based off just this experience, it would be 2 stars. However, I have had many lovely lunches and dinners at Stella with different staff.“
“I always stop off at this location before my 2 hr drive back home. The people are always friendly and the service is good, there’s never a long wait. I love the grilled cheese sandwich, lemon & banana loaf. The pistachio cream cold brew is smooth, creamy & tastes delicious. They do have a drive through and at times it can get busy, so be ready. The only thing I didn’t appreciate were the two dirty restrooms. They have one highchair & plenty of seating. There’s plenty of parking on site. I love this location, It’s close to several stores to shop & restaurants.“
“It’s a Starbucks, they’re pretty much all the same. The drinks are pretty good and the service is good, too, but I ordered on the app, so I’m not sure. The atmosphere is fine, just like every other Starbucks.Vegetarian options: Aside from the meat sandwiches, everything is vegetarian, and most to all of the drinks can be made vegan.Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate most things, just ask.Parking: It has a parking lot on site that’s pretty good and empty.Kid-friendliness: It’s a Starbucks, so a child could have the cake pops but not much else. If your child is loud, it might disturb other patrons.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s reasonably easy to get into, and one shouldn’t have trouble solo.“
“This place is amazing. Especially for anyone who has any sort of bowel issues such as crohns/IBS etc. finding a local place that can provide healthy ingredients in liquid form is such a tremendous deal to people like me. Ones that Actually taste phenomenal too!!!Vegetarian options: All vegetarianDietary restrictions: Accommodating to your needs and wantsParking: Front street parkingKid-friendliness: Flavors kids would love tooWheelchair accessibility: Easy access in with no stairs and a wide entry door. Open concept floor with minimal tables to move around.“
“We were on our way home and stopped in to grab a coffee. The place was clean, staff was nice and helpful. Drinks were good.If you're lactose intolerant, they have other options, I only wish they had lactose free milk... they have oat, almond, and coconut milk. They also have a good selection of sugar-free flavors for your coffee. I gave up my Starbucks for Dunkin while on vacation (I never thought I'd cheat on Starbucks, lol). So, from now on, whenever I'm in the States, I will have my coffee at Dunkin.Dietary restrictions: If you're lactose intolerant, they have other options, I only wish they had lactose free milk... they have oat almond and coconut milk. They also have a good selection of sugar-free flavors for your coffee.“
“To say anything is quaint in Hanover New Hampshire is an understatement. The entire town is extremely village-esque.This bookstore is no different yielding an impressive number of best sellers and varied hardcover content. The cafe integrated into the bookstore has everything from pastries, cakes, and sandwiches. And for some of the more tempting options they offer wine and beer as well. The service is fantastic and the staff moves in the tiny kitchen to produce what's needed. In short, I'm a big fan of this place and whenever I visit relatives in Hanover, I'm making a point to stop in two or three times.Do yourself a favor and grab yourself a cup of coffee and look over their selection of books. My guilty pleasure is the "coffee table book" section.“
