You’re a fool if you go to the works over Dirt Cowboy. Dirt Cowboy is an establishment, an institution. Their homemade pastries, craft lattes, and delicious baguette sandwiches are unparalleled. They’re organic and don’t use seed oils. The people are kind and the pup is adorable. Hanover is increasingly being taken over by soulless franchises. Let’s keep one of the last remaining holdouts in business.
