The food was amazing, staff was fantastic and the views for picture taking were beautiful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Covered Bridge, I would recommend this hidden gem to anyone. “No one in area compares to The Sunset Grill. Their fish and chips is ALWAYS EXCELLENT. CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT. A great portion of fish with perfect breading. I don’t drink a lot , but when I do I usually get a Toasted Almond, and they serve a great tasting, HUGE GLASS. I work in a resort not too far away, and they serve in martini glass, use to be a short heavy glass, changed managers so many times, never know what I’ll get; but Sunset G always serves in one of those good 👍 sized beer pint glasses. And the staff is excellent as well.“

“What a cozy little brewhouse! The owners are kind and thoughtful. We first had a six beer flight insid, and they all were uniquely delicious. We then enjoyed the outside courtyard area. I tried the party animal double ipa, which was a monster of a flavorful beer. The small snacks are almost as adorable as the property! Everything was great and we will totally be coming back to try the spirits from their brand new distillery and also sending our guests this way. Thanks!“

“We have tried nearly every restaurant in the area but this place is a hidden gem. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted with a warm welcome and the atmosphere felt awesome. It’s a big, old house that’s been converted into several different types of seating areas. Tons of outdoor seating, nice bar and a nice dining room. We were in the mood for pizza so we tried 2 different ones. We did the chicken bacon ranch and a plain cheese but with their homemade garlic butter sauce. We ordered them extra crispy. Well, I was VERY surprised that these were some of the best pizzas that we’ve ever had and I’m a pretty picky/hard pizza critic. Cooked perfectly, awesome crust, no flop, good amount of cheese and the garlic butter sauce is AMAZING! Great view of the lake. Service was excellent. Definitely will be back!“

“Service and Food was great. Wings with Mango Haberno sauce was delicious. Grilled Chicken sandwich was also delicious with shredded lettuce, pickles, mango pineapple, habanero salsa (held the curry coconut) on a toasted bun. Alcohol beverages pricey but food prices very reasonable for boardwalk.“

“The tour is short and it's hit or miss whether you catch them on one of the three days that they're actually making ice-cream. I've been there twice and both times not. Got an ice cream sunday at the dairy bar and was given the wrong sunday. When I did get the correct sunday, it was delicious. They do make good ice cream.“

“We went here last night with four boys under 10 and under. We came in and the atmosphere was great for the moment we walked in. The lady who took our order was extremely helpful as I have allergies to oils and she made sure everything was marked. While we waited for our dinner, the pizza man came over and put a movie on for our boys. My husband made the comment while waiting for our food “this place seems like a fun place to work, it seems like a good environment.” Dinner came out quick and at the end, the pizza man came over with a prize bag asking if it was okay if our boys got a prize. He checked in to see how dinner was. The pizza was probably the best restaurant pizza I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place for the atmosphere, food and service!!“
