Boutique ice cream experience with a variety of flavors both novel and nostalgic and a gorgeous view of the lake while you eat. Enjoy your treats inside in the AC or outside at picnic tables. Service is prompt and friendly and the ice cream is delicious - what's not to like?
The website makes this place look fantastic however they only had 6 Homemade ice cream flavors compared to the 40 or 50 listed on the website. 5 store brand Giffords flavors available but you can get that anywhere. Soft serve machine down as well. Underwhelming to say the least.
Such incredibly delicious ice cream and love the flavors. Made it hard to choose so will definitely have to come back
The ice cream itself is good but there is a wasp or bee nest in a slit in the wooden sign outside where the flavors are listed. While we waited in line to place our order, 2 people were stung. My husband used the restroom and said there is a sign inside that tells you to stay away from the bees. That’s impossible since they are outside right next to where the ice cream line forms. While we ate our ice cream on the far side of the building, 2 more people in line were stung. The employees taking the orders finally moved the ice cream line inside the building to protect people. But they need to eliminate the bees in that spot! Also there is no such thing as a kiddy cup. The 2 year old got the same size ice cream as an adult. Also, there is no such thing as a buddy serving. A two year old is given a cup of ice cream the same size as an adult.
Loved the honey ginger ice cream
Awesome ice cream and great staff and now that they are staying open until 9 pm on Fridays and Saturdays - I would give it 6 stars!! Although, I really miss the Raspberry Chocolate Chip sooo much when it runs out!
I got the chocolate chip ice cream. It was the best chocolate chip I have ever had. Let’s go I’m loving it.
Great homemade ice cream, very friendly staff, the coffee Oreo is a must try. Best ice cream around
Limited ice cream selection, somewhat pricy.
We love this place so much - please stay open later in the summer!! 9 pm or 830 at least!!

I tried their homemade ice cream, honey lavender and the one with vanilla, olive oil and sea salt. Omgggg the best ice cream ever!! So rich and creamy and delicious natural flavors. I wish I had come here everyday during my visit
We are ice cream connoisseurs. They make their own ice cream 16 percent butterfat. Absolutely fantastic. We met the owner and her family. So friendly, great atmosphere. Highly recommended. Grapenut ice cream is the bomb. We will be back!!!!!
So. Cute! I absolutely adored this ice cream shop. From the beautifully restored building, to the tree stump carved ice cream cone, all the way inside to their retail wall, this visit was the complete package. The servers were super friendly, the ice cream delicious and the view devine! We all tried something different (just the homemade flavors because we’ve tried plenty of Giffords ice creams and we know the great quality😉). There’s plenty of parking and lots of picnic tables. (If it’s poor weather there’s even inside seating, cause we all know New Englanders eat ice cream no matter the weather.)
Best ice cream that I ever had, and service is amazing, blueberry pie ice cream is out of this world,
Best ice cream
