We have been coming to the Manor for more than a decade. It was our romantic getaway that we always looked forward to. The property has always been a bit outdated, but had a unique charm (okay very outdated, but we still loved it). The staff and the owners were always super courteous and made us feel like royalty. My Wife and I had a fantastic stay at The Manor. We stayed in the Oxford room and it was beautifully appointed... Set up perfectly for a nice romantic getaway for our anniversary...

The Manor on Golden Pond BACKED OUT of our wedding!!! After the we paid for all the invitations. Not only did it take the owner Brian a week at a time to respond, he cancelled the wedding BY A VOICEMAIL. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!
Weddings should be a celebration of love. Thanks to Brian, the owner at The Manor on Golden Pond, we are far from celebrating.
