“The Mexican pizza was....weird. One crispy flour tortilla and one crispy corn tortilla. And similar to every TB I've been to recently, something was wrong with their ice machine. Apparently, they don't know about regular maintenance of ice machines? Or just piss poor general managers would be my guess. You get what you pay for“

“I ordered for the first time on door dash and their noodle birria is the best soup I have ever had. I highly recommend it and will definitely be ordering it again real soon. The soup is well worth the price in quality and quantity. It has lots of yummy birria meat at the bottom also.“

“We normally eat here because the price and food quality is great. We go here often. Eat-in not takeout if you want to eat here. Today we decided to order and just pick the food up on our way home. My husbands meal was ordered with no onions or peppers (can’t have). When we got home, his meal had no onions but was full of peppers. His meal was $25. He called to see if he could get a credit for his meal the next time we came in because he couldn’t eat what he ordered. The gentleman he spoke with told him no. He needed to bring the meal back and they could make him a new one. It would be almost an hour round trip to take it back, it’s a Friday night & my husband wasn’t up to get back out after a long day at work. My husband offered to take a picture and show him that peppers were put in it. The gentleman at the restaurant told him that wouldn’t work and they needed to know that no one would eat the one with peppers. My husband let him know he would not be getting back out to bring them a meal to prove they indeed made a mistake. The guy stated that there was nothing he could do because there was no “proof” they made a mistake. Maybe it was a bad night for them, however we will not be ordering takeout from them ever again.“

“Love them! Where to begin? The food is top notch. I’m such a birria lover and they don’t disappoint. I always say I’m going to get something else, but I keep coming back for their birria tacos w/ queso. Divine. But I did once get their carne asada tacos and those were great as well!

Also have to give a big round of applause for some of the best empanadas I’ve ever had. All of them are excellent, but my favorite are the chicken. Let me tell you, I’m not even a big fan of chicken in general, but these are delicious. I was talking to one of the (extremely kind) ladies who works there about them, and it’s shredded thigh meat, so moist, tender, and loaded with seasoning, just exceptional.

And the people who work there are just beyond friendly. So kind, welcoming, always a have a smile on their faces. Today when I went there, the extremely sweet woman chatted with me and offered me coffee, chips and salsa while I waited and it was just the most pleasant experience. Seriously, this is the type of small business we need to support and exactly why I don’t often go to chains. Real people who care about a genuine connection with their community.

This is my go-to taco spot. I’m still exploring the menu, but come on, that’s the best task I’ve had in ages. I’m delighted they’re only 5 or 6 minutes away from me, too. My bank account probably won’t be, but that’s fine.“

“I’ve always loved coming here with my mom but today I decided I wanted to come by myself. Usually when I go out by myself I feel rushed and not particularly wanted by the staff. However here, the host cleaned off a table for me to skip the waitlist. I was greeted and served within 30 seconds. Im not sure if she was a manager or not but kayleigh (so sorry if I spelt that wrong) made me feel so welcome. She was so quick on her feet and positive and bubbly to me and every other table. The food and drinks are fantastic but being in the restaurant industry for as long as I have I can recognize how important good service is. I love coming here and am so grateful to have this amazing spot near me. Thank you for making me feel special!“

“To counter other reviews, I do not speak more than 10 words of Spanish lol and the lady at the counter was very welcoming and sweet! She knew I wanted brugal just by me pointing at the closed cabinet doors under the counter haha. The pastelitos were delicious, good music, and a warm hole-in-the-wall vibe.“

“Wonderful food. The only fault I have any mind to publicly acknowledge has to do with location which may or may not be out of anyone's control. Although it is very near to where I live I'm none to impressed with my own neighborhood either and I don't even live in one of the worst parts of Manchester. The dining options that pop up on and around Elm St every year may not last any longer than the other trends worn or purchased by the trendy hipster babies and snobs with mom and dad's credit at their discretion. Populating and gentrifying downtown Manchester looks wonderful on paper ,"ooo young tech and engineering degrees looking for secure buildings a 5 minute walk from the office and the pub, cool" They're locust driving up rents that were already beyond reason. So if you're one of those scumbags I don't care where you eat just know the lugie wasn't for no reason. You'll probably forget your ideals anyway as soon as you clear over 100k annually and you've seen one to many bums on your walk. For everyone else yeah this place is great.“
