“In town again this year, cookies cafe did not disappoint. We brought some Friends with us, everyone loved their meals and they were so accommodating for a larger party. Drinks and food came out quick and we’re delicious . Barbara, again along with another server were outstanding. So inviting and helpful. Thank you again! “Just left Sams Club in Hudson…NH… Lots of traffic so drove around the back to avoid it… Two employees were out back dumping boxes and boxes Like over 15 of food into the dumpster! What is wrong with them? At Xmas when so many need food… Not gonna buy it was bad..there was ALOT of it. SHAME ON MANAGEMENT FOR LETTING THIS HAPPEN !“

“This was such a cute little cafe. While cramped and small, things were super homey, like a little radio playing jazz and an employee bringing around real silverware. It was set up like a coffee shop, but served tons of breakfast options restaurant style (counter service with diner food).The coffee was served in a mug which always makes the coffee taste better. The lattes also have cute artsy designs on the top which was fun and food was yummy!“

“This is the most unassuming restaurant I have ever been to. Once you're inside, you are family. It is almost like someone opened up their kitchen and living room, set up some tables and chairs, TV is blaring in the back, and someone cooks up some food for you. The hospitality cannot be beat. They will make sure you have everything you need and take good care of you. The food is amazing. So comforting and delicious. Even their regular hot tea is ridiculously good. It is special and glorious. Keep in mind that it is Cash Only. We will be back for sure.“

“I went to Janie's Cafe for breakfast last Saturday. it was the best breakfast I have had ever. I got a western omelette with bacon instead of ham and American cheese. I got bacon peppers and onion in every single bite. I got the raisin toast.. oh my God, it was the best toast I have ever had in my whole entire life. The home fries were perfect, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. The meal was amazing. Our waitress could have been a little more attentive, but not too bad. The food was 10 out of 10. My new favorite breakfast spot!!!“

“After searching for about a year for a coffee company my husband and I BOTH like, we finally found it here! The costumer service is amazing, the coffee is delicious, and since we live in Pelham, they deliver to our house (same day!). I highly recommend their cold brew and my husband enjoys the single origin whole bean. We will definitely continue to purchase from them!“

“The bagel and muffin were just alright. The bagel tasted like any average store bought bagel. The muffin was pretty basic and didn’t have a lot of flavor. If they hadn’t warmed the muffin, it wouldn’t have been very good. Less than $6 for a muffin and a buttered bagel seems like a pretty good deal to me in this economy. Even though they weren’t the greatest, I would still consider getting them again since they were cheap and worth the price.“

“We went here on a whim to do the indoor skydiving.

Got here and tried to purchase a Groupon for immediate use but apparently they can't honor Groupons unless they are 24 hours old. (Just how the system works.) Went with just having my daughter go, which was pretty pricey but I guess it seemed worth it. They upsold me on the "go higher" package, which I'm sure she enjoyed, but don't get the photo/video package unless you are okay with uncut fisheye video of the session plus another upsell of a photo package. (Photos aren't by a professional photographer... just one of the employees with a dSLR and direct flash.) They do allow you to take photos and video from the outside, though... but the Plexiglass is very smudged and streaky, and the lighting works against you if you view from the outside.

The instructor, Alex, was great with everyone, though. Everyone was VERY friendly and accommodating. Despite the price and the stuff I mentioned, I would recommend a visit as long as you have the dough to spend.“

“Met some friends there today and turns out it's a great spot to sit and chat. Food was excellent - had an avocado toast caprese style. And a nice hot tea. Service was excellent even though it was really busy. The woman who worked the counter had a nice positive friendly attitude throughout our time there. “Two years ago I switched my allegiance from Haute Coffee in Concord, MA to Nibbana Cafe in Lowell. While the coffee at Haute is indeed very good (Counter Culture beans, not local), I find the staff there a bit impersonal. Seating is also quite limited. Nibbana has equally good coffee (if not better, which is really saying something), provided by Tiny Arms, a local roaster. There is plenty of seating and parking at their location at Western Avenue Studios. The coffee is generally light-to-medium roast and they offer an array of interesting, unusual coffee drinks (I only drink espresso, straight, so I can't comment on those). At the time of this review, they have been cranking out lots of new food items. The staff is extremely friendly, always offering a welcoming smile and an enthusiastic "Enjoy!" when I pick up my order. The owners truly live by what Buddhists call "right living". They are very community-focused, and it shows. If you haven't checked out Nibbana, you're really missing out on a special place.“

“I ordered two duck themed cakes for my one year old daughter's birthday, they made a beautiful, delicate decoration and the flavor was wonderful, they took care to call me to ask about the decoration and I was delighted and very happy when I saw it and after I ate the cake!“

“Alright I just finished a large meatball grinder from Blue House and as ALWAYS I was NOT disappointed. Sub roll? Cooked to perfection. Meatballs? Seasoned to perfection. Perfect sauce/ cheese ratio and PLENTY of meatballs. I’m a Derry local, so I’m always more critical on my reviews of local food joints.. but As always Blue House hit every mark. If you’re in Derry and need some REAL, delicious food; give Blue House a try.“
