Not reliable to be open.
Food is great. Prices are fair. Staff is friendly. However … they don’t rush either. Tonight line took an hour, but the line wasn’t out the door. There was maybe 10-15 people ahead of me. I’m giving 5 stars because want this to be respectful FYI.

Based on customer reviews, California Burritos is a popular restaurant known for great food that is considered 10 times better than Chipotle, with fresh and real ingredients. Customers love the burrito bowls and say the staff is great, super quick, and helpful. However, the restaurant has several issues. Service is often slow, with customers waiting a minimum of 40 minutes for food on busy nights, and some have waited an hour for a mobile order only to be told there is no white rice. The pickup times are not accurate, causing people to miss their lunch breaks. The restaurant is also cash only, though some customers place orders online to work around this. A serious bug problem has been noticed, with a ton of flies at the last table before the bathrooms and fly traps that do not seem to be helping. Some customers have walked out because of this. The air conditioning was also broken for a time, though it has since been fixed. Despite these problems, many customers are regulars who love the place and hope management addresses the issues.
