Doubled billed me the 28% tip I added to my bill. Mistakes happen, but when I called and spoke to the manager, she didn’t seem alarmed, concerned, or surprised, she said, “that happens a lot, don’t know why.” She did say she would she would refund my money that they stole, but it might take a couple days. Funny, it took seconds to take it, now it takes days to return it.
This practice might work at the bar, but don’t do it to people who order “Shirley Temple’s.”
We stopped in for dinner last time after my sons baseball game. Even though the place was busy, the bartender/waitstaff were awesome and attentive! The food was probably one of the best salads I have ever had. Usually I get the grilled chicken Caesar pocket but I got the grilled chicken Greek salad and it was so fresh and the chicken was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. never was a big fan of this place and hated it when it was Fatcats stupid people ran the place wrong and there service and food sucked, food is ok, rather go to backstreet in that plaza. or head to AJ Sport pub, much better atmosphere.
