“Fantastic place. I have been here consecutive weeks. Today I got a peanut butter and banana flatbread. It was FANTASTIC! Last week I got an oatmeal. That was very good too. And that's all they need on their menu for me. I expect I will be going here a lot more often in the near future. The people working here, both weeks have been attentive and working hard. Nice clean, healthy atmosphere with much needed refreshing menu alternatives to all of the pizza, burgers, and sub places.“

“Whenever I pick up an order, the people who work here make my day. I tell my friends and family stories about how kind and courteous the staff are. I leave wanting to be a nicer person after like, a four-second interaction. 🥹🤣 The bowls and smoothies are superb too, don't get me wrong! Nothing beats the freshness and variety here. But if I'm honest, it's the precious doses of pleasant human contact that keep me coming back as often as I do. Workers of their caliber are truly priceless. Kudos and thanks to the team!

“Two years ago I switched my allegiance from Haute Coffee in Concord, MA to Nibbana Cafe in Lowell. While the coffee at Haute is indeed very good (Counter Culture beans, not local), I find the staff there a bit impersonal. Seating is also quite limited. Nibbana has equally good coffee (if not better, which is really saying something), provided by Tiny Arms, a local roaster. There is plenty of seating and parking at their location at Western Avenue Studios. The coffee is generally light-to-medium roast and they offer an array of interesting, unusual coffee drinks (I only drink espresso, straight, so I can't comment on those). At the time of this review, they have been cranking out lots of new food items. The staff is extremely friendly, always offering a welcoming smile and an enthusiastic "Enjoy!" when I pick up my order. The owners truly live by what Buddhists call "right living". They are very community-focused, and it shows. If you haven't checked out Nibbana, you're really missing out on a special place.“

“What a hidden little gem. Had the carne do sol sandwich and it was as delicious as it looked! Shredded beef had so much flavor and the garlic sauce was just the right touch. House coffee was well made as well. But the shining star here was Mary. What a pleasure and an asset to this place she is! She made our visit worth a second visit coming soon!“
“I see all the comments about the lady at the front desk and what have learned that some people lives are just miserable and you have to let them be and I try my best to not let someone who sits behind a desk all day mess my day up so I have 5 stars because I wasn’t there long and plenty of room to back up and getting out was a piece of cake“

“Just wanted to thank you today. My daughter got a drink and I got the mango one. We also got 6 macaroons. The macaroons where so good, and fresh!! They where not dried out. The coconut coffee slush is the perfect summer treat—especially if you love coffee. It’s made with strong brewed coffee, coconut cream, and ice, all blended into a smooth and delicious drink. The sweet, nutty coconut flavor pairs perfectly with the bold coffee taste. So good it gave me a brain freeze—totally worth it!
Surprisingly, this tea shop did an amazing job! The drink was just right, and the staff were super friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. If you're looking for something cold and tasty on a hot day, this is a must-try. For sure, I’m looking forward to coming back to try the Taro tea slush next!“

“I’m a big fan of bubble tea. I love the Thai milk tea with bubbles. It tastes amazing. I keep going there very often. The store is clean and neat. It can easily accommodate 20 people. Service time is quick, you should get your order within 5min. I felt the bubbles added was very less for a large serving. Parking could be an issue. You will have to find a street parking, which could be challenging over the weekends. Staff is friendly.“

“I visited today for the first time and picked up a combo banh mi and a taro smoothie with boba. The banh mi was very good - the baguette was fresh and crispy and it had the right mix of vegetables to meat. The smoothie was good as well. I will agree with other reviewers that I'm a little surprised that a banh mi is $10 and is not gigantic. Maybe I'm spoiled or maybe it's just inflation but I was getting a lot more for my money with a banh mi at other places a few years ago.
I might go back but if I'm in the area again, I would probably check out some of the competition.
