No phone calls, no communication of any sort from the restaurant over an hour after the stated delivery time. No apologies from staff, no information about delays, I called them finally to find out what was happening and no information from them except that the delivery driver was on his way and I “should be” next on the driver’s route. Driver showed up nearly 2 hours after my online order went in. Declined the order, sent it back. Never again. Don’t order from here.
Ordered Mozerella sticks today. I got empty bread crumb tubes instead. The food is meh, with only one exception. Lobster rolls are really good.
The pizza has gone down hill, the french fries recipe has changed and is gross now, and once again. Bread crumb tubes. I'll include a pic if I can, but there was no cheese to be seen in the entire 12 pc order
The only reason I’m giving them one star is there’s no option for none.
We came here for Father’s Day and were extremely disappointed. They all seemed too busy socializing to take care of the customers. We waited 45 minutes for a hot dog and a turkey club. Both came out cold and sucked.
The “manager” (I say in quotes because he acted the total opposite. Clearly on a power trip which I expect from an immature 18 year old) berated and swore at another employee...read full review
