“Was able to order way ahead of delivery. Ordering wraps specified how the wraps come without changes. Also allowed changes. My sandwich original recipe had swiss on it I wanted it but did not make any cheese subs. My food came with no cheese on either sandwich. Also be more careful with pickles in sandwich when putting chips in the same box. I offer these picky things as constructive criticism. I still was satisfied with my sandwich and it was probably my misunderstanding of your online ordering system.“

Somehow they ended up back here with their families 15 years later and now we are happily rediscovering Sal’s while babysitting! Great crusts and tasty sauce. “Me and my wife had a great experience. The food was excellent. They brought the food to the table. The chicken bowl was excellent. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy. I grew up in lowell when the first Jimmy's was there when they had an arcade machine. Great place always. Thank you for the great service and hospitality. See you soon.“

“Had a minor miscommunication with one of the employees but the manager did reach out and was willing to accommodate me for my troubles. Over all I am satisfied with pizza hazel and their service. I will be returning as long as they continue to provide quality service. I ordered 5 large pizzas and they were delicious. The only thing I would ask for differently next time is that they cook the pizzas a little bit less as I was hosting a kids party and it was hard for the kids to eat the pizzas, it wasn’t burnt and the adults enjoyed it but the kids struggled a bit. Other than that I’m satisfied. Matt the general manager was very polite and helpful.“
