“Absolutely love this place. The salads, smoothies and protein balls are so delicious and I don’t ever feel like garbage after eating the food because it’s so good for you! The service is great, every time I’ve gone there, the girls are so nice and the atmosphere is comfortable.“

“The service is pretty typical of youth run franchise salad places. The communication is awkward and halting and brusk. They definitely appear as if you've interrupted an important tiktok video and are annoyed at your presence. The salads are good and it works if you are just grabbing lunch and going otherwise it's oddly sterile and unwelcoming“

“Both sandwiches were saturated with sauce making them difficult to eat. Too much that you need a pile of napkins to mop ou the plate & your hands. Very salty. A bit disappointed. The chips were delicious and I got so many I couldn’t finish them.“

“Most of the soups are good or very good, but some are bland so use the taster cups to find your favorite. Cornbread is excellent. Chicken pot pie is excellent and stuffed with chicken.“

“Eat in or take out - pizza by the slice, whole pies by either regular oven or wood fire - all options are wonderful. Garlic knots are amazing! Counter staff helpful and friendly.
We had a group of 3, and UNH college students (children would describe them better), loud, wrestling in booths, etc. - being a general nuisance......floor staff suggested we move tables, never said anything to them.“

“We recently had a banquet for little warriors football, and asked local businesses for food donations. I reached out to the owner of wing-itz to ask if he would be able to donate chicken tenders, and he was happy to donate a very large amount. I did not realize that he had just hosted a team dinner for the high school team the week before. What Derek is always willing to contribute to the youth of our community is incredible.“
