“Fast and polite service. Enjoyed the butter pecan ice coffee. Second visit in 2 weeks and the same quality and speed both times on a Saturday afternoon. Consistent customer size both times and easy access onto 3 state routes. Definitely visiting again. The sign said it is open at 4am! Clean and flat parking lot that is well maintained. Interesting antique store nearby.“

“Employees are very friendly, order is always correct. Clean bathrooms and dining area. Just depending on when you go, it might take more than 10 minutes to get your order. Some staff are fantastic, others are slow moving and just seem like they hate being there. I appreciate my coffee makers though!“

“I went here today in my travels after getting a disgusting iced coffee from Dunkin in Baldwinville, minutes away from this location. I decided to go inside, because the drive thru line was huge. I had a very friendly & polite young male sales associate (who had light hair & wore glasses) service me at the counter. I asked him if he would mind remaking my awful iced coffee from the other Dunkin & he agreed to do so with a smile & great sense of humor as well. The coffee he made (remade) for me was excellent, hazelnut extra extra iced. I will be back to this particular location for delicious iced coffee & great customer service! Would highly recommend to anyone passing through Winchendon.“
