We went tonight and couldn’t find the shamrock shake on the kiosk. Dom went out of his way to help us. He was kind, helpful, and even took time to talk to our kids and give them stickers. Every time we go in this young man has the best attitude and always ready to help.
We were in a rush and when we walked in, the whole baseball team was ordering!! But, they still had a register open for other people who came in. We had our food in no time and we made it to the meeting with time to spare.
We also asked if the manager could take a picture of us, and she was kind enough to do it!
Thank you!

McDonald's is a well-known fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of menu options. The crew generally do their best to provide good service, even during busy times. Customers have noted that ordering at the kiosk inside is quick, and the staff can be friendly and professional. The restaurant is usually clean and provides a normal McDonald's ambiance, with parking accommodating even those towing larger vehicles like trailers. Some customers appreciate that their food is fresh, and special requests such as no salt on fries are often honored.
Recent reviews highlight that the staff are very courteous and friendly, especially at the drive-thru, which makes the experience pleasant. The parking lot is safe, clean, and well maintained, making it easy to stop by even on busy or slow days. The spicy and ranch chicken wraps are enjoyed by many and help customers forget about seeking other fast food options. The location is easy to access and exit, and many customers plan to return when in Jaffery.
While most experiences are positive, there are occasional mixed reviews. One customer mentioned that the Big Mac was ordered without pickles but arrived incorrectly, making them consider not returning. Others found that the food was sometimes warm but not hot, and the cheese on their bacon McDoubles was not melted. Employees are sometimes noted not to be in uniform, giving an impression of casual local hangouts rather than a formal fast-food setting.
Recent reviews also highlight that the Kit-Kat banana split Mcflurry is enjoyable, though not as expected—it's made with cereal-like candy pieces instead of real banana and strawberry. The smoky quarter pounder with cheese was described as tasting like liquid smoke and fake char, which might be a matter of personal taste. Overall, the dining experience at McDonald's can vary, but many find the service friendly and the environment clean.
