Dunkin' is a wonderful shop with exceptional coffee and donuts. The staff at this location is professional, diligent, and caring towards customers. Despite being busy, they seem to have it together and get things done efficiently. The service is usually speedy, even for the drive-thru. Ordering ahead in the app is recommended to avoid waiting. While the cold brew with cold foam was very good, a customer found the bacon in their Sweet Bacon Wrap burnt. The variety of choices on the menu can make it challenging for the staff to get everything right, but overall, Dunkin' offers a pleasant experience for customers.
