We worked with Denise on catering for our rehearsal, reception, and cocktail hors d'oeuvres. For the rehearsal, we did a welcome barbecue with a few options for mains and side, plus apple pie for dessert. For the reception, we did a family style meal with salad and rolls, roast pork loin, butternut squash ravioli, and four vegetable dishes for the sides. Charcoal Charlie and Free-Range Chick Catering exceeded our expectations. We had a general idea of what we wanted for the wedding dinner. We selected the menu for the buffet and hors d'oeuvres then relied on Denise and Charlie to expand upon it. What we got was a first class meal with fantastic hors d'oeuvres.
