Bought a medium mocha latte but somehow ended up with a small (8oz)

I mean SMALL!

That’s right!
$5.51!! And of course I’m printed to enter a TIP!?!
I planned on going to DD, but thought I should support a local business.
Unfortunately, I won’t return.
The coffee was burnt and luke warm.
And $5.51!!!! (!?!)
