“The spicy special lamb is very tender, and the stir-fried green beans are also very tender and fresh.Overall it's really delicious, just a bit saltyThe xiao long bao was authentic and perfectly seasoned, but a little dry (dry skin + not enough soup) and the vinegar was too sweet. The only dissatisfaction is that the maitai (cocktail) is inexplicably bitter and is not recommended.“

“Went back today for the first time in ages and I'm glad I did. Yes, a lot has changed since they reopened, but you can tell this familiy is doing their very best to keep serving the upper valley. As of 1.13.24 there are only cold drinks in the cooler (I should have asked if there was a byob situation). You place your order at the cash register, everything is brought to your table, and then you pay before you leave. Not full table service, but nothing wrong with that. (the website is still a little unclear with some instructions stating take-out only - that is not the case!)I had a chef's choice sushi/sashimi plate and dukboki. The sushi didn't seem as fresh or flavorful as I recall, but still good enough. The dukboki though...I will be dreaming of that. So good - perfect chewyness, actually spicy, but not so overpowering that you can't taste the flavors of the sauce. Will definitely be ordering that again. The real reason to eat here is to support a family owned restaurant that offers good food you really can't get anywhere else in the region. They really do treat everyone who walks in like family, they are so so lovely and they are doing everything they can to continue serving the area.“
