The spring rolls are crunchy and made fresh to order. To the reviewer who said the pad thai was not authentic: it's tasty and looks like what Pai made in her Hot Thai Kitchen video. It's not a gloopy brick of orange noodles, which is what Americanized pad thai seems to have become. Having said that, if you really want Thai food there are some good Thai restaurants just over the river in the Hanover/West Lebanon area. I'm partial to Pim's Thai Orchid, but there are several to choose from.“
