This has to be the worse location I’ve ever been to, the service was terrible, they completely messed up my order then when I inquired about it I was blamed. They didn’t want to try and fix the mistake at all. Also the didn’t seem fresh whatsoever. I’ve heard the owner is very cheap and makes employees cut corners. Avoid this dump! Just cook at home.
I have been a regular at the Lee, New Hampshire McDonalds there at least three times a week. Generally the staff is great but I am so sick of McDonald’s and their desire to rush customers through the drive thru line. This particular time I was at the speaker and the app was not working properly. He began getting impatient because he said I couldn’t hold up his line. To the management of this establishment,
I would like to alert you to a very unsatisfactory experience at your Lee NH restaurant. I ordered through your drive thru today around 3:15pm. Instead of getting fresh fries and a fish filet sandwich, I received cold fries and a HALF EATEN cheeseburger! No joke! I’m disgusted. I went back and brought it in to share. At best I was offered another sandwich, which I passed on. I did receive a refund.
