This location has usually been good... not great, but good. This last time was a joke! Had to wait unusually long for my order, pay $17+ for two fish sandwiches, med fries, and a med drink... only to find that the sandwiches were undercooked, sloppily assembled, and barely a third of a slice of cheese on each sandwich! Is it really that hard to put even a little bit of care in your job?! They need to get their act together!

This location has really fallen by the wayside and could really use corporate direction. It used to be, we could go here, and the food was hot, fresh and enjoyable. We rarely get fresh food. The staff is to young to even count change back correctly. Management is not doing their job to maintain the property and let corporate know about the poor state of the drive thru, as well as the awful pavement problem, that one day, will get them sued. If you walk in and want service, you won't get it right away. If the kiosk that your order from is acting up, you literally have to assert yourself for service. The lights hardly go on at night on the establishment. The kitchen is alarmingly messy. Not just messy from being busy, it's not clean, period. The lobby doesn't get wiped down or swept, and you definitely don't want to use the bathrooms. We used to enjoy this McDonald's location. It was convenient and clean. Over the last year and a half? Not so much, AT ALL. Fix the problem McDonald's. Your customers shouldn't have to deal with the laziness going on in this location. Fresh food and a decent dining room. Clean bathrooms and a parking lot that won't flatten customers tires. Fix it.

Food was good. My complaint is because there are kiosks now to order which I prefer not use it confuses me. Nobody looks up front anymore for customers I waited like 15 minutes before anyone acknowledge you which is very frustrating. They were nice when they finally came to the front but its annoying that nobody pays attention to the front anymore.

I usually try to give the highest reviews deserved. The quality of This establishment is pretty bad. Recently, I got my whole family burger meals, we get home, start eating, none of the burgers have burger patties in them, fries are cold.I drive all the way back, tell them what happened, they “remake” it. It was cold and clearly left over left around stuff. This was 2 weeks ago, I emailed management, and I didn’t even get a response. I am trying not to be critical about a fast food place, but it’s the driving back and forth, loss of time with my kids, added fuel cost.

Typical McDonald’s fare. Can’t get over the fact that the “$1 $2 $3 Dollar” menu STARTS at $2.59 for 4 nuggets and is $3.59 for a McDouble!

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too!! Corporate needs to come do something before the health inspector shows up. The place is completely unsanitary concerning food prep and cleanliness.

Incredibly unprofessional staff here. I placed a mobile order on 10/8 around 8:15am and the total came to over $20. I went to go pick it up and the restaurant was locked, the girl at the drive thru just shook her head at me and didn’t want to speak to me when I tried to pick up my order, saying they were closed. Why am I able to pay for an order that can’t be picked up, at a closed restaurant?? My card was still charged. The girl told me they didn’t know when they would be open, and that I would get a refund automatically if I couldn’t pick it up. I was on a road Trip and didn’t have time to wait around for the store to decide to open. The refund never happened and the money was charged to my account. I tried calling the store on 10/12 only to be told that the “manager is too busy to help you right now” and to “go online and figure it out or something” not once during this whole ordeal did I get an apology from any of employee. So frustrating that companies like McDonald’s are able to just steal from customers now. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Food is good, took forever to get someone to the register though. Food took quite a while as drive thru was a few cars deep. Cashier didn't know how to print receipt. Inside was completely unkempt. McDonald's is McDonald's and it always will be. The food never changes, the fries are always amazing, and it just is what it is. However, they, like every other fast food restaurant, need to understand that when they close the lobby and are exclusively using the drive-thru, they need to either staff it appropriately, or shut down one of the drive-through lanes.Sitting in a McDonald's drive-thru for almost an hour waiting to pick up an order for a client is bad business all around. It wastes my time, it wastes gas, and 40 cars sitting running their engines in the drive-thru for that amount of time, I can't even imagine what it's doing to our poor planet. And it's not good for the employees. They are so stressed out! Having the dual drive-thru feed into one line where people go to pay and pick up orders is absolutely asinine if you cannot keep it moving. When I say I don't think sitting in the drive-thru for almost an hour is a good idea, I'm not exaggerating. I literally sat in that line for an hour. My client canceled her order because it was so late, but I couldn't get out of the line because there was no room for me to pull out so I had to sit there anyway. Please help your customers and your staff by figuring this out.

After shopping at Lee Market Place, I stopped by McDonald's for an order of French fries to take home and have with the sandwich I planned for lunch. First, they were $4.59 + tax for a total of $4.98. Second, they were terrible. They should not have gotten soggy in a 10-minute drive home. They haven't from any other McDonald's. Plus, the taste was off. Stale frying oil maybe? That was the second time that I got lousy fries from this place; and it will be the last time that happens. I rate my experience with tis McDonald's at 1.0. If I could, I'd give it a big zero. I recommend passing this McDonald's by if you're looking for French fries. The reason for the delay in submitting this review was due to a months-long loss of my ability to post photos with my reviews and some health issues. Burger’s dressing is all over the box inside and out. They forgot some of our order. Not so busy on the drive thru don’t get it why they missed order and order was so messy.
