How do they fit so much in this tiny space? Tucked in next to Black Mtn Burger, the sandwiches are fabulous. Not run of the mill (no pun intended) with ingredients like fig jam (yes I enjoyed the Pemi...and also the chicken salad) and pesto and great bread. And great service. Papermill is filling a niche this area needed. Gelato, selection of craft beer, snacks and other gems, grab you a sandwich and head up the Kanc to enjoy a meal and a view!
