Based on the reviews, Wildflour Cafe is an absolute gem in Lisbon and the north country. It is a cute little shop with a cool atmosphere and very friendly people. The cafe is passionate and dedicated to their craft, making everything from scratch. They accommodated a severe allergy for a large takeout breakfast order, with labeled containers for a wedding. The menu includes breakfast sandwiches, croissants, coffee, a Cheese Steak sandwich on gluten free bread, avocado toast, a salted Maple espresso latte, a Cranberry Mocha, a veg wrap, and Golden Milk. The homemade potato salad side was phenomenal. Other favorites include the Dirty Jerz, iced tea with house-made rose syrup, the falafel wrap, all the soups, the jamon buerre, scallion scones, and the reuben with house-brined corned beef. The reuben was the absolute best reuben ever, with tender and flavorful corned beef. Everything is so tasty, fresh, and delicious. This spot is highly recommended for breakfast and lunch, and well worth the drive anywhere north of the lakes region.
