Frequent excessively long wait times in the drive thru (20 minutes with five or six cars waiting, and hardly anyone going inside at the time either). This has happened to me several times over the past year or so, just at this location.
Place my order on the mobile app for pick up at the drive thru. I understand lines can be long but a 30min total wait is rediclious.We'll start with my drink was wrong. When I told the gal she rolled her eyes at me. There is a clear difference between frozen coffee & a frozen hot chocolate. She remade my drink & after handing it to me closed the window. When she had to reopen the window I got another strong eye roll cause I also didn't receive the food my son & I ordered.The sandwiches...read full review

Picked up replacement bagel from order 4 days ago as bagel had almost no cream cheese on it. Today I was told that amount of cream cheese is predetermined and comes in a 1.8oz container. I'm ok with 1.8 Oz of cream cheese however I do not think I should have to order and pay for more cream cheese when they are only putting on less than 1/4 teaspoon..thankfully today there was more on replacement however hate to say this but I think they put on extra today so it was smothered...read full review
