This location needs more staff training and customer service training. They never get orders right and always leave something out. They forgot sausage and maple syrup from my toddlers meal and completely gave me the wrong sandwich which wasn’t even made. They just threw it into wrapper. The woman at the window taking orders was very rude as well. Corporate needs to be brought in to retrain everyone.
Normally I do not give reviews, but after the day I have had I felt it was a must!
After having a bad customer service experience earlier today at our local Lowe’s Home Improvement Store in Littleton, NH my day was completely turned around with my drive-thru experience at McDonald’s in Littleton.
