“Amazing store manager from my experience. I cannot recall this gentleman's name...but I am sure they will know who I am referring to as there are only so many managers per branch. This employee was busy when I arrived to order my food. He had at least 4 online order slips sitting on the counter ( 2 of them looked long), he had 3 customers in line, plus myself and he had a staff member who was running late (I know this because he had called her while I was there inquiring about where she was) among other things I am sure. My sandwich's were made perfect, maybe because I ordered in person rather than online like I usually do...or maybe because he paid good attention and treated me well because I was being so patient with him and his work load. I really do not know, all I know is he treated me well and applied a coupon for me having to wait in line so long. Patience goes a long way in life. If you treat people good, they will treat you good in return. Thank you sir.“
