“Sunday mid morning and The Eggshell is full and moving along, coffee is excellent, Crystal our wonderful waitress went above and beyond.. The man in the kitchen cooking the food was sooo nasty. We ordered eggs bene and the eggs were soooo runny I think they hit the water for 3 sec so nasty mushie.. The guy cook was busy rolling his eyes at everything,. 2nd plate eggs and kielbasa, w/ raisin toast.. my gosh another easy plate nope not for this guy.. toast burnt beyond toast , eggs not cooked to scrambled burnt. all of this after an hour wait just for food... What was a staple for Sunday breakfast will now be reconsidered“
