My husband took me to Cotton last night for my birthday. The owner was at the host stand and she was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our server scooter was an absolute sweetheart. She was just the right amount of attentive. Shrimp appetizer was so delicious and our steaks had so much flavor and were cooked to perfection(med-rare) cocktails were great too!
