Your employees need serious attitude adjustments! I ordered 3 hashbrowns, 2 bagels and a sandwich on the app to pick up at the drive thru. I got to the window and was yelled at by one of your employees. She told me "when you make a large food order you HAVE to come inside because I'm out of hashbrowns, so now you're going to hold up the entire line!!". awful customer service. I didnt get my change back in the drive through and when I went in to get it the manager refused to give it to me. very rude and unprofessional I'll never go to this one again.
