Good service good food

I'm from Boston. They make a great steak and cheese. Lots of food. Price is also right. Keep it up, I'll come back

We got a pizza, a grilled veggie wrap, and the Mac and cheese.

The wrap was reportedly the best wrap she's had, it didn't even need any sauce (she asked for sauce on the side).

The Mac and cheese was ok, I've had worse, and I've had better.

The pizza is the reason for the single star review. We landed on Luisa's because I was looking for a new pizza place, and I picked Luisa's because of the images of the pizzas. What I was hoping for was local fresh dough pizza, what I got was a cookie-cutter House Of Pizza pizza.

If pizza from House Of Pizza is the kind of pizza you enjoy, then you will be perfectly happy with Luisa's pizza. It's not the pizza I prefer, and it's not the pizza I thought I was getting when I ordered it.

Crust was great. Bit greasy but overall would eat again.

Dishonest. I was told my food was one price, register says that same price, and so does my receipt. After tapping my card a tip screen popped up for the shortest of moments, and disappeared. Checked my credit card statement and I was charged more than is on my receipt. Not sure if the register has an invisible fee or if the employee helped himself to a tip. Regardless, it amounts to theft.

Mozzarella sticks were under cooked and the outside was not firm and fell apart. The pizza had way too much sauce and soggy with grease. I ended up throwing it all away because it was so bad. Do not recommend.
*update* after seeing my review the restaurant reached out and offered to replace the order or send me a refund. I opted for the refund as I had already left work. The refund was processed quickly and is now pending on my card.

I really love buffalo chicken pizza and ranchero pizza from this place. It’s my go to place for pizzas.

The food was excellent. I ordered take out and arrived at the appointed time for pick up and had to wait another 15 minutes. That was a little frustrating but they were working hard and very friendly.

This place is really not the same. I worked there in the 1990s. At the time, there was great pride in the quality and presentation of the food. Since the new owners, it's really not the same. It seems they've modified some of the original recipes. The pizza is still good and I loge the calzones. At this time however, I would be cautions about anything else. Stick to pizza or even some subs and you'll be OK. Get anything else you arw taking a risk.

I ordered the steak special sub it was delicious and the buffalo chicken pizza ?is amazing.This is the best pizza place in Manchester.

I stopped here because I was on a road trip. The storefront was enough to turn me away but I fought my intuition and walked in. The entire place looked horrendously neglected. I am assuming they are the same owners as the Asian place next to it, so I assume it's the same deal there. Anyways, all of the booths were extremely messy, it smelled, the floor had that ugly checkerboard design on it. To make my experience worse, the bathroom reeked so bad. It was atrocious in there, I didn't even want to touch the paper towels in there to dry my hands. I had to wear my gloves to go in that bathroom. Finally, I didn't even eat the pizza I ordered for myself because it looked egregious. It was so pitiful that I threw it out without taking a bite. Really disappointing and a quick glance at another review confirms my judgement that this place is hazardous and disgusting and unkempt.

It is not the Luisa's of old that's for sure. Pizza was ok but not what I had remembered. Guessing the original owners sold at some point.

Ordered steak tip dinner… they are normally actual steak tips. These are thin dry slices.
