To whom it may concern: I ordered 2 dinner specials on Wednesday January 7 around 4:00 PM, the dinners were horrible, the pork fried rice was very dry and tasted burnt, the low Mein was also dry did not taste fresh at all, chicken tenders were hard as a rock and the eggroll was also too hard to eat. I called to let someone know that I was not satisfied with my order, the person who answered the phone said, "Oh ok thank you" and hung up??? Recently visited for Thursday night karaoke, held 7p-11p. Bar side was already about 80% full by 7pm but some seating opened up shortly after that. Karaoke queue stayed busy through our exit near 8:45p. Service from the bar, including food, met expectations. Sound system was a bit louder than I had anticipated.
