We had an issue with our order last weekend but Jon and his crew did right by us. We placed another large order this week and it was amazing!!!

I used to go to Shorty's in West Lebanon NH and the whole family missed it when it was taken over by 99 Restaurant (ugh). This Shorty's is a lot like the one that was close to where I live. We took the whole family there (and a friend who had never gone before) and it was an excellent time. Great atmosphere, great food, reasonably price (especially against Margaritas) and great staff/waitress (Emily). The manager made sure we were well taken care of. Overall wonderful experience!!!

Food over-cooked. Prices for quality of food is way overpriced. Chicken tasted funny. I'm done with them.

The chicken Fajita salad, something I frequently order, was smaller than usual and the Tortilla shell/bowl was stale. I was not pleasef

They forget something every time !! I’ve been a regular customer and every take out order has been missing a side or sauce. HORRIBLE!!!

I’ve always loved coming here with my mom but today I decided I wanted to come by myself. Usually when I go out by myself I feel rushed and not particularly wanted by the staff. However here, the host cleaned off a table for me to skip the waitlist. I was greeted and served within 30 seconds. Im not sure if she was a manager or not but kayleigh (so sorry if I spelt that wrong) made me feel so welcome. She was so quick on her feet and positive and bubbly to me and every other table. The food and drinks are fantastic but being in the restaurant industry for as long as I have I can recognize how important good service is. I love coming here and am so grateful to have this amazing spot near me. Thank you for making me feel special!

Love this place,the food is always spot-on and the staff is friendly, service is fast! Five stars!

Update: crummy service last time. Short rib Crunchwrap was very sweet, not as good as usual. Not in a rush to go back overall.

Update: 9 times out of 10 it is good here. Good tacos, etc. I think the time before was a fluke.

Got the new CBR taco, it was just okay. Also tried the pepper jack sticks for an app—very greasy and barely warm. Drinks and everything else were okay.

How was Shorty's? Couldn't tell you. We were shown a booth that a child couldn't fit in at first. When we asked for another table, a very nice waitress that was up front showed us to a half booth near the back of the restaurant and given menus. That's it. My husband and I waited 25 minutes. We were never greeted. No one came over at all. We decided to leave. Told the same waitress who found us a table what happened. She was very apologetic. Unsure if we will go back and try it again.
