“Mobile order. Confirmed @ 10:13. Lady w blonde hair/bun on top said they didn't have a mobile order. My granddaughter was home watching something on my phone when I left, so I left my phone at home. Went back home to get it, bun lady took her sweet time coming to the counter and when she did, I showed her my order number. She said breakfast was over. I said the order was confirmed at 10:13. No more breakfast she said, it's past 10:30. I said, I've already paid. As she clicked a key on the register she said: that's fine, it will refund your card. She offered no recourse for their error, and was okay with meleaving the restaurant without food. My order totaled nearly 26 dollars.“

“The Laconia Taco Bell is clean and well kept. The food is good and if a mistake happens it is rectified. It’s a fast food restaurant, and often busy both drive through and inside, along with door dash services. It’s not a huge deal to have to wait a few minutes to get food that is made according to your order.“

“Cute little restaurant with incredible service! The couple who own it are sweet as pie (pizza pie that is ) 😁😁 all that food for 12$!!!! Fresh salad and a decent size peice of garlic bread to complete everything! The menu is HUGE, you’ll be hard pressed to find something you don’t like.“

He was maybe mid-late 40s (guessing) salt and pepper beard, was wearing a winter hat, just amazing service and personality. 100/10 would go there just because of him!
