Bathrooms are extremely nasty, went there the day before and notified them there is no soap or toilet paper and it's dirty, nothing has changed the next day, bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.

The staff here is amazing! All very nice people! I had some fraudulent charges hit my venmo account. So my card didn't have enough to cover my order, and my car was having mechanical problems in the parking lot.. rough day to say the least..? and the staff brought my order out to me in the parking lot anyways. It's not often you see acts of kindness like that, and it was greatly appreciated ?

This is not aimed at every person that works there during the week in the morning but more than 50% of the time service definitely doesn't come with a smile. It comes with irritability and attitude. Like this morning, A girl messed my order up and gave ME an attitude for it. You know what you're getting into taking a job at Dunkin' donuts. If you can't handle the busyness and the pressure in there then go find yourself another job because the people coming in there like myself don't deserve to be treated like where a problem when we come in.

I waited in line for 20 minutes at the drive thru. When I got to the window, I could tell the kid was having a bad day and I felt for them considering it was extremely busy. My coffee was made perfectly, though!
