my food was burnt. they were to busy socializing and on their phones to even pay attention to anyone’s food. phones are a huge distraction at this dunkins.

It is not the Dunkins from my youth. an ice coffee shouldn't cost $6.00, I don't care what fancy name you give it.
Today I went though the drive-thru to order coffee and some hash browns and the girl taking the order was so rude, she has a bad attitude and shouldn’t be working there if she can’t be nice to customers, in my opinion she should be FIRED !! We left without ordering anything. I was a regular customer at this DD for years after what happened today now I will no longer be !!

I used to love this Dunks because it was close, the staff was friendly, and it was 24 hours. Unfortunately the quality has gone down in the last year or so. I have a simple coffee order, but these people can't handle it. It's either too cold or missing the flavor shot. I'm sick of tipping them and end up wishing I would have kept that dollar. It sucks when your local dunks is unreliable.I think the manager should look at the reviews for the last year. It's not just me.
