The wait times are ridiculous in the drive thru. When you pull in you can see in and a majority of the time I go it’s not peak hrs and it’s dead inside and you can see workers standing chatting. Sometimes the drive thru is long and sometimes maybe a couple cars but takes them forever to get to the next person. I just started going to the other locations near by.

Probably easily the worst dunks location around the area, long wait times, orders are always wrong, the workers seem to not know what they’re doing. Take the extra drive and go to other locations don't waste your time at this location. Place deserves 0 stars

Wich cofee is regular cream and sugar ? BOTH !!!! EVERY DAY I GET 3 TO 5 COFFEES ☕️. I COULD SAY REGULAR CREAM AND SUGAR AND GET A RESULT THAT'S DIFFERENT EVERY TIME.ALL 5 COFFEES ARE DIFFERENT.COLORSHOWING THAT THERE'S NOT THE SAME AMOUNT OF CREAM GOING INTO EVERYONE AND SIMPLY SOME HAVE NO CREAM AT ALL.THAT'S FUNNY. WHEN YOU GET A HOT COFFEE, YOU CANNOT SEE INSIDE, SO YOU TRUST THEM THAT THEY MADE IT CORRECTLY.YOU DON'T DRIVE 10 MINUTES TO THE JOB SITE IN HAND YOUR BOSS OF COFFEE THAT HAS CREAM IN IT.WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A BLACK COFFEE. BLACK COFFEE HAS NO CREAM AND SUGAR.THIS JOB IS NOT HARD BUT APPARENTLY IT STILL GETS SCREWED UP EVERY DAY. THIS GOES TO ALL DUNKIN DONUTS

Everytime I get a bacon sausage egg cheese.. I dont get all the ingredients in it. If it happened once, ok. But its like a 90% chance they mess up a single sandwich. Which blows my mind lol

I’m fat so you really have to mess up on the food to get less then a 5 star on that service is always good but always room for improvement no matter where it is and the atmosphere is a typical dunks
The team is great I don’t recall if they’ve ever messed up my order but again look back at my first 2 words it’s food I’m hungry I’m eating it lol

my food was burnt. they were to busy socializing and on their phones to even pay attention to anyone’s food. phones are a huge distraction at this dunkins.
