Ordered takeout. Said shrimp tempura roll they gave us the appetizer instead. Then tried to make us pay for their mistake. Food was barely warm and we showed up on time to pick it up. Zero excuse, if you mess up you make it right no questions asked. Its hard to be a good customer when the service treats you as if you made the mistake.

The best like old time Chinese restaurant I've been in like forever. It's actually worth driving out to the wasteland that it is located in. And if you go please check out the town of Wilton,NH. Very fantastic,go by the town hall and railroad station! Across the street. Amazing. Food at Jade ! stupendous!

The food is decent and reliable. Some things can be a bit hit or miss but overall for typical Chinese food it is good. I do agree the blandness has been and issue at times.
