Every experience is different, but I can't say I've ever had a bad experience here. One or two mixed up orders, or a drink missing something (once time I ended up with a plain iced latte instead of caramel)... but it's not the end of the world. I could have gone back and asked for them to fix it. Everyone has always been super friendly both inside and in the drive-thru.

I guess it depends on the location if mobile ordering gets precedent. Seriously, Starbucks should stop mobile ordering, I only started because I would wait 20 minutes in the drive through or in the store for my order...system isn't broken, it never worked. Suppose I could order 45 minutes before...

James and the staff here are absolutely splendid! I often go here to grab a quick coffee before I go to my D&D Club every Tuesday evening. They not only get the order right every time, their tremendous elixirs help me bless-stack with Aura of Protection; adding both my Charisma modifier and 1d4 to my Silvery Barbs, Sorcerer/Wizard spells.

Nice strong coffee, typically busy on. Saturday, and super efficient staff making it a pleasant experience.In and out in less than 10 minutes The biggest challeng was finding a parking spot and then getting to from the car to the door safely, especially if you park closer to the rest of the mall. A couple seats were available if I had stayed but with 5 stops to go, not part of the day's mission!

Avoid this Starbucks location at all costs. I've never had a good experience here—they are consistently incapable of getting an order correct. I went for a latte and asked for a non-dairy milk, stating that I am lactose intolerant. They made my latte with regular milk, and when I returned to have it remade, they used the correct non-dairy milk but excluded the flavoring I had ordered and paid for. The store was not that busy, no one else in line either time and only two cars in the drive-thru. Having worked in a coffee shop in a much busier area, I can say from personal experience that it is not remotely difficult to make these drinks properly. This was just one of many, many disappointing experiences at this particular store, issues that I have not had at any other location. Starbucks needs to improve their training and their standards at this store.

This store is continually out of supplies making ordering impossible. The management clearly does not have the ability to plan for daily needs and probably should be replaced.

Starbucks like any other coffee chain is a place you go when you need caffeine and there isn't a real coffee shop nearby. Save your money and make it at home or find that local brewer in your town and give them your business for overpriced coffee.
